2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method.
- You will lose access to premium features at the end of the billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you are unable to use the service due to a technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours.
- Double Payment: In case of accidental duplicate charges for the same billing period.
- Unsatisfied First Month: If you are a first-time user and are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, provided you have not utilized more than 5% of your allocated credits.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You have utilized a significant portion (more than 5%) of your monthly credits.
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Your account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

- Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that some banks may take longer to reflect the amount in your statement.
