1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Slayly ("the Service"), operated by Fundaking Media OPC pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Slayly is an AI-powered content generation and SEO intelligence platform. We provide tools that utilize artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models) to assist in creating written content and analyzing search engine optimization metrics.

The Service also offers integrations with third-party platforms such as **Google Search Console**, **Google Drive**, and **WordPress**. You acknowledge that these integrations depend on the availability of third-party APIs and that Slayly is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important AI Notice

The content, insights, and suggestions provided by our Service are generated by Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is prone to "hallucinations" and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or offensive information. You acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or quality of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all content before publication.
  • We are not liable for any penalties (e.g., Google rankings drops), legal disputes, or damages resulting from your use of the generated content.

4. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Refund Policy

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (Monthly or Annually). All payments are processed securely via **PayU**, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We provide refunds only under specific conditions (e.g., technical failure, double payment). Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility and process details.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal acts, or sexually explicit material.
  • Generate content for the purpose of spamming or deceptive SEO practices ("black-hat SEO").
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with multiple users (unless on an Enterprise plan).

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

**Your Content:** You retain ownership of the input data you provide and the output content generated by the Service for you. We hereby assign to you all right, title, and interest in and to the specific output generated for you.

**Our IP:** The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Slayly and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Slayly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material new terms taking effect.
